Refund Policy – CASKERS LIQUOR STORE

At CASKERS LIQUOR STORE, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of alcoholic products, our refund and return policy follows strict safety and legal standards.

  1. Returns Eligibility
    We do not accept returns of alcoholic beverages once the order has been shipped and delivered, except in cases of damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

  2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
    If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
    Please provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
    This allows us to investigate and offer a replacement or refund where applicable.

  1. Refund Approval
    Refunds are only issued if:

  • The product arrived damaged

  • The wrong item was delivered

  • The package was lost during shipping (confirmed by the carrier)

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method (Credit Card, Apple Pay, or Google Pay).

  1. Non-Refundable Situations
    We do not offer refunds or returns in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Failed delivery due to absence or age verification refusal

  • Opened or consumed products

  1. Order Cancellation
    Orders can only be canceled within 2 hours of purchase. After this period, the order may already be processed and cannot be canceled.

    Once approved, refunds are processed within 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider and bank processing times.
